Present Continuous Tense

Simple Present Continuous Tense : tense yang digunakan untuk menyatakan
kejadian yang sedang terjadi pada waktu sekarang. Biasanya ditandai dengan 
keterangan waktu sekarang(now, at this time, at this momment) etc.

Present Continuous Tense
(+)	Subject + to be (is,am,are)+ Verbing
(-)	Subject + to be (is,am,are)+ not + Verbing
(?)	To be (is,am,are) +Subject + Verbing

Penggunaan Subject and To be:

Subject	To be present(past)
I	Am(was)
You	Are(were)
They	Are(were)
We	Are(were)
He	Is(was)
She	Is(was)
It	Is(was)

Contoh kalimat positif Present Continuous Tense

• They are doing the exam now
• We are studying English at this time
• I am making a delicious cake now
• He is sleeping at this momment
• She is cooking in the kitchen now

Contoh kalimat negatif  Present Continuous Tense

• They are not doing the exam now
• We are not studying English at this time
• I am not making a delicious cake now
• He is not sleeping at this momment
• She is not cooking in the kitchen now

Ket: Pada kalimat negatif Present Continuous Tense juga hanya 
menambahkan not di belakang to be.
